Bigger + Better Than Ever!
We’re kicking off Summer 2026 with a bang. A Bigger + Better Beers + Bites bang! We’ve taken our popular Summer Mondays and Tuesdays and expanded our offerings to truly provide something for everyone. From Oyster Pop-Ups, Live Music, Wellness, and Workshops on Mondays (alongside our amazing Farm Bites menu, of course), to Truckin’ Tuesdays – a new venture where we’re hosting a different food truck every Tuesday – we can’t wait to share the summer with you!
Here are All the Details:
Mondays will continue to feature a smaller menu from our very own kitchen, but trust us—this smaller Monday menu still packs big flavor—with items like tacos and smash burgers. Drink offerings will be provided by us – so all your favorite beers, hard cider, wine, hop water, some canned cocktails, and non-alcoholic options will be served via our walk up window as in years past.
We’re thrilled to offer oyster pop-ups every other Monday alongside our bites offerings, and we’ve lined up our local friends at Fox Point, Swell, and Virgin to come and shuck oysters for you on those dates from open until they sell out.
We’ll also have live music once a month, featuring the talented Colin Nevins on acoustic guitar and our own Irish session house band – Reely Jiggy.
In addition, we have some fun ticketed events lined up, including Dover Pottery with two workshops, Sip & Script with a calligraphy workshop, and Pure Barre with two classes out on the farm.
Tuesdays will bring a different food truck or pop-up each week! We’ve reached out to all of our personal favorites for a unique and varying lineup of food styles to roundout the summer. Pizza, Meat Pies, Gourmet Grilled Cheese, Vegan, Indian, BBQ, Handcrafted Sausage, and Burgers & Subs – mark your calendar now! All your favorite Throwback beverages offered via our walk up window on Tuesdays, as well.

— Explain to me how Beers & Bites work? Beers & Bites is a fun way for us to be open on Mondays and Tuesdays for your perfect post-beach, post-work, or just-because hang. When you arrive, come on up to our ‘free range’ window. We’ll have both food and drink menus on Mondays, and just drinks on Tuesdays, when there will be a food truck on site! Order from us, and we will give you a bobblehead to mark your table. Once your food/drink are ready, we will run them out to you. It’s like a throwback to the way we use to operate – counter-service and bobbleheads! While our full menu takes a little summer break during these Monday and Tuesday evenings, trust us—this smaller Monday menu still packs big flavor, and with items like tacos and smash burgers. And the food trucks can’t be beat! You can definitely have a satisfying dinner here to start off your week.
— Can I sit inside? If the weather is exceptionally windy or raining or freezing cold, we will move inside, but, as a rule of thumb, Beers & Bites dining takes place outside – under our beer tent, in the adirondack chairs, or picnic tables.
— If I go inside, can I order a salad or wings? No. What you see on the Beers & Bites menu is what we have available for the evening. The only way we’ve been able to meet the numerous requests for open hours on Mondays and Tuesdays with our small, but mighty culinary team is to scale down the menu and the staffing.
— Do you serve cocktails during Beers & Bites? We’ve added some canned seltzers and cocktails for those of you looking for more than our farm-fresh beer, hard cider, hop water, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
— Can I grab to-go beer, merchandise, or gift certificates during Beers & Bites? Yes, of course!
