A Dance of Dark Chocolate and Orange Delight
For as long as I can remember, I’ve found the combination of chocolate and orange absolutely irresistible. Over the years, friends and family have filled my stocking with countless chocolate oranges, knowing they’re one of my all-time favorite treats. Few things make me smile more than a rich chocolate orange truffle.
So it should come as no surprise that I’m over the moon about our latest big beer — Choreography & Merriment, a 12% ABV Grand Marnier Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout.
This beer is pure dessert perfection: it opens with the vibrant aroma of a dark orange truffle and follows through with indulgent, smooth-drinking layers of high-end dark chocolate, balanced by a sweet citrusy brightness. It’s rich, elegant, and dangerously drinkable — with no trace of alcohol heat, just a lingering fruity tang on the tongue. It’s like the most perfect chocolate orange- but grown up!
Choreography & Merriment drops July 2nd — on draft and in Rare Breed bottles to go. We are absolutely giddy about this beer and can’t wait for you to try it.
Cheers,
—Nicole
