Old Man of the Mountain Bourbon Barrel-Aged Raspberry Ale

Old Man of the Mountain Bourbon Barrel-Aged Raspberry Ale is a beautiful bright pinkish red-colored ale with aromas of fresh crushed raspberries and flavors of raspberry jam, oak, and a lingering bourbon, dry tannin, woodsy finish.

Since I (Nicole) am super allergic to raspberries, the notes on this beer are limited until more people on our team try it. Everyone who tries it seems to like it, though! 🙂

As a fun side note, our Beast of Bourbon (Bacon and Bourbon) Southern-Style salami is also made with Tamworth Distilling’s Old Man of The Mountain bourbon – which is the type of bourbon barrel used to age this raspberry ale!
