A little homage to Dolly. A lot of reasons to clock out!
Pourin’ 9 to 5, our homage to Dolly Parton, is a crisp, dry pale ale with prickly pear and loads of bright grapefruit character. It pours a pretty pinkish-peach with a bright white head, followed by a clean grapefruit aroma and drinking refreshingly dry and crisp, with layers of grapefruit and a lingering fruity bitterness. A touch of prickly pear brings a subtle strawberry-like fruitiness that shows up right at the end.
At just 4.8% ABV, it’s light, refreshing, and wonderfully drinkable, equally suited to a long lunch, a hard day’s work, or calling it quits at 5. Think of it as the beer version of a Paloma: grapefruit-forward, crisp, fruity, and dressed in pink.
