"Don't act like you're not impressed", Stay Classy IPA is chock full of tropical fruit flavors and aromas, enhanced by dank notes of resiny pine!
When planning out the beers for our 14th birthday, we asked the mug club to vote on the beers we should brew. A San Diego-Style IPA handily won the vote. Could just be that our mug club loves IPAs. Or, it could be that they were jonesing for a bright, clean, piney, boldy hop-forward West Coast-Style IPA to complement our current line up of hazy brews. Either way, we are very happy about this choice!
Stay Classy IPA is a 7.9% ABV San Diego-Style IPA that is bursting with aromas of tropical fruits (mango, papaya) and candied fruit, underscored by a touch of danky hop notes. This clear, golden-colored ale features flavors of pink grapefruit and lemon with a touch of pine resin and tropical candy, with a lingering aftertaste of tropical mango and grapefruit pith. But, beware, this brew is dangerously smooth for an almost 8 percent beer!
Stay Classy IPA will be released on July 2 for our 14th birthday. It will be available on draft and in cans to go.
