Yas Queen — A Kölsch that refused to be filtered and chose to glow instead.
Every year, our co-founder Annette brews a beer to celebrate Women’s History Month, and this year is no exception! Introducing Yas Queen (5.5% ABV)- our unfiltered take on a classic Kölsch — soft, bright, and wildly drinkable. While traditional versions are brilliantly clear, we let this queen rock her natural haze. After all, we wanted her to absolutely *glow* (like an Olympic gold medal!). The result? A smoother mouthfeel, a little extra body, and a fresh, lively finish that keeps you coming back again and again for another sip.
Like traditional kölsches, Yas Queen features a delicate fruity bouquet (pear and light citrus) with biscuity malt notes and a clean, crisp snap at the end. She’s refreshing. She’s radiant. She’s bright, badass, and built with backbone – just like our team! And, most importantly, she’s not here to fit into anyone’s narrow definition of “to style.”
