Make the most of your Sundays by really stretching out the weekend – with Yoga at Throwback!
We are lucky to have talented Throwback Brewery friend and experienced yoga instructor Laurel Crawford teaching the class. Laurel has more than 15 years of teaching experience under her mat, and can boast over 500 hours of training in the traditional Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles of yoga. All levels are welcome to participate! She caters her lessons to beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Lessons run for one hour every Sunday and start at 11am. When the weather is nice, we will hold class outside!
We have a $5 drop in rate for each class. Bring your own mat if you have one (we have a few here), and please bring cash to help speed the check in process. The Pub will be open for food and drinks afterwards for those of you wanting some nibbles or to ‘quench’ your thirst.
