Full Restaurant Buyout (65 to 250 guests)
Planning something bigger? You can book the entire facility for exclusive access to our indoor dining space, bar, and beer garden. Great for company-wide celebrations, holiday parties, and networking events with a casual, elevated feel.
Team-Building with a Twist
Add a unique twist to your next team outing, company event, or group gathering with our curated experiences. Whether you’re looking to boost team spirit, educate and inspire, or simply have fun — we’ve got something for you.
- Music bingo – a lively, interactive take on bingo with a musical twist! Hosted by one of our team’s engaging DJs. Pricing starts at $200 for up to 25 participants.
- Trivia nights – Test your team’s smarts with custom or general trivia. Pricing starts at $200 for up to 25 participants.
- Cocktail-making workshops – Shake things up with a hands-on mixology experience led by one of our talented bartenders. $65 per person (includes two drinks and materials. Discounts available for groups larger than 10).
- Beer education – Learn about how beer is made, beer styles, glassware, common beer myths, and food pairing from one of our founders or brewers. Pricing depends on # of people and the quantity of beer required. This event can be held here at Throwback OR at your location.
- Cooking classes (Nov-Feb availability only) – Work alongside our kitchen staff to create seasonal dishes. $75 per person (includes food and one drink). Available for groups of 8 to 20.

Founders’ Talk
Looking to motivate your team? Book a talk with our co-founders, Nicole & Annette, for an engaging, behind-the-scenes look at building a values-driven business from the ground up. Topics range from entrepreneurship and leadership to sustainability, scaling with values, and the behind-the-scenes story of Throwback Brewery. These talks are available on-site at Throwback Brewery (includes a brewery tour and optional beer tasting) or off-site at your company or event location. Email us to inquire about availability and speaking fees. Rates vary based on location and format.

Need a space for learning or leadership development? Jericho’s Landing includes access to a large projection screen, optional A/V setup, and plenty of room to work and think together.
Brewery Tours
Want to treat your team to something special? Book a Founder’s Tour and get a behind-the-scenes look at our brewery and farm. Led by our co-founders, these tours are informative, fun, and consistently named a favorite experience by guests.

Availability & Booking Info
We host corporate events both during open hours and midweek (when we’re typically closed to the public) — ideal for daytime seminars, extended meetings, or retreats. Just let us know what you’re envisioning, and we’ll work with you to make it happen.
Heads-up:
We do not take on weekend events from May 1 to September 30, or any Saturdays in October.
