We proudly craft our food as we do our beer, made from the freshest of ingredients from local farms, including our very own Hobbs Farm! All meat served here is humanely raised and antibiotic free. As our dishes are made to order, many can be made vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free – just ask!

Lady Sausage is Throwback Brewery’s line up of sausage, salami, and smile-inducing garb. Check out our latest offerings inside the restaurant– look for the black fridge labeled Lady Sausage! The salamis are in the fridge and the sausage is in the freezer.

Our farm stand is back outside and stocked daily with what’s freshly picked from our farm.
