Our new Playlist beer series features the same base India Pale Ale recipe (oats, 2-Row and Pilsen malt from Valley Malt, honey malt). But, every time we make a batch, we will switch up either the yeast OR the hops. Playlist 01:01 features a healthy dose of Citra, Sorachi Ace, El Dorado, XJA2-436, and Southern Star hops. plus Conan yeast. It’s got a candied hop aroma, yet drinks quite dry, with notes of pineapple, melon, and a touch of citrus.
