Our Playlist beer series features the same base India Pale Ale recipe (oats, 2-Row, and Pilsen malt from Valley Malt, plus honey malt). But, every time we make a batch, we will switch up either the yeast OR the hops. Playlist 02:01 features a prominent citrus nose underscored by notes of tropical fruit. The flavor is lemony citrus, earthy, and tea-like from the use of Azacca, Ekuanot, Calypso, and Grüngeist hops.
