Then join us on Wednesday, April 17th at 6:30pm for the second installment of our Wednesday Wellness Series: Plant Curious? A Beginner’s Guide To Eating More Plant-Based Meals.

In this 45 minute session, our co-founder Nicole will share her journey on transitioning to a plant-forward diet. Once a sceptic (‘eat a ridiculously tasty and satisfying meal without meat— no way’), Nicole is now convinced that plant-based eating is not only sustainable and nutritious  – but delicious!

You will learn about:

  • ‘Must haves’ in your cabinet for vegetarian and vegan cooking
  • Tips on obtaining essential nutrients – especially protein and iron
  • Meal Planning tips and tricks
  • Top hacks for eating out while vegan
  • Our favorite vegan recipes

You’ll walk away from this class with a small recipe book of our favorite plant-based meals, and, we hope, the motivation to eat more plants!
