Spring is in the air, the ground is thawing, and the roots are rising. Seems like the perfect excuse to celebrate. Join us for A Root Awakening — an evening dedicated to all things root vegetables, from the glass to the plate to the speakers.

• Beer- We’re releasing our beloved Just Beet Wit — bright, earthy, gently spiced, and blushing like it knows something you don’t.
• Root-Tails – cocktails featuring root vegetables, including:
  • Root 66- vodka, carrot-turmeric juice, lemon juice, honey, bitters
  • The Burrow – house Pimm’s, lemon juice, ginger syrup, carrot parsnip shrub
  • The Beet Goes On – mezcal, Hobbs Farm beet juice, lime juice, agave, drop of olive oil
• Food – Root-inspired bites from the kitchen, think cozy, earthy favorites like our new Roasted Roots Salad and our Beet-Cured Lox, as well as a decadent Chocolate Beet Cake
• Music – American Roots music will be playing all evening to keep things grounded!
