Bacon + Bourbon in a salami. Um, yes please!!
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, October 12th! That’s when we plan to release the latest iteration of our Beast of Bourbon (Bacon and Bourbon) Southern-Style salami. This brand new batch of Lady Sausage salami now features Tamworth Distilling’s Old Man of The Mountain bourbon. We thought that the rustic, brown sugar, and piquant black pepper notes of this high quality bourbon would be the perfect complement to the smoky bacon and seasonings used in this salami. Boy, were we ever right!
During the week of Oct 12th, we will have a special Charcuterie Slate featuring this NH-Inspired Beast of Bourbon, and you will also be able to purchase the salami to go, too!
