Our 15th birthday is coming up on July 3rd, and we are celebrating with FOUR brand new beers! First up – Donkeys On The Loose celebrates our feisty donkeys and the occasional chaos that unfolds when they decide the grass really is greener on the other side of the fence. Brewed with local Blue Ox malts and hopped with Dolcita, El Dorado, and HBC 630, this super hazy IPA bursts with notes of ripe stone fruit, tangerine, and undertones of vanilla, finishing with an unapologetic dankness. A soft, pillowy body gives way to a surprisingly dry finish and a lingering hop bitterness that kicks harder than a loose donkey on the run.
This bold beer can stand up to big flavors, like smash burgers with sharp cheddar and caramelized onions, BBQ pulled pork or smoked brisket, spicy chicken sandwiches, and wood-fired pizzas.

Hop nerd notes -> Dolcita is at the forefront of this beer, it is a new hop (formerly HBC 1019) known for sweet tropical, citrus and stone fruit notes with undertones of vanilla or coconut. The Dolcita is supported by El Dorado which contributes sweet candy-like and tropical flavors, as well as HBC 630 which adds cherry candy, raspberry, and stone fruit to the mix.
Donkeys On The Loose will be available starting Wednesday, July 3rd in cans and on draft.
