Keep NH Brewing is an exceptionally dry and crisp 6.5% ABV farmhouse ale brewed utilizing the Jovaru yeast– originating from a centuries old Lithuanian brewery. This yeast strain imparts notes of pear, banana, bubble gum, grains of paradise (white pepper), black pepper, and lemon zest, resulting in a complex ale that remains clean and refreshing. If you love Farmhouse ales with their classic white pepper finish, you are going to absolutely love this beer!

A portion of the proceeds of this beer goes to benefit the NH Brewers’ Association. Keep NH Brewing will be available on draft and to go in growlers and cans.

Farmhouse Ales, with their spicy, fruity, yeast-driven flavors, are very fun to pair with food (or to drink while preparing food)! As with many Farmhouse ales, ours is dry and bubbly with a nice spicy/ peppery notes. So, when pairing, think about what foods would be enhanced by these notes of pepper and fruity esters. I would recommend roasted squash soup, steamed mussels, roasted poultry, and more!
