On April 2, we released a new beer called She Sells Seashells. So far, we have received rave reviews from everybody who has tried it! For those of you who have yet to give it a whirl, here are some details:
She Sells Seashells is a super refreshing blonde ale that will make you yearn for beautiful, sunny days lounging near the ocean. She Sells Seashells is dry hopped until bursting with tropical fruit aromas and flavors – think cantaloupe, melon, and a hint of lemon peel towards the end. This beer is so juicy and easy to drink that you’d think we used real fruit to achieve such an enticing bouquet, but it all comes from an abundance of hops used to craft the beer, including Santiam, Cascade, and Mount Hood. In addition, the use of Maine Sea Salt in the boil imparts just a bit of salinity and a whole lot of character. At 4.7% and 21 IBUs, this is a beer you can enjoy all day by the beach, lake, or on the lawn with friends!
