Spread A Little Sunshine is a bright and joyful 4.5% ABV farmhouse ale finished with Sicilian Lemon. The combination of sunny citrus with the complex farmhouse yeast results in flavors and aromas of preserved lemon and biscuity malt, with a slight floral essence on the finish. Think lemon tart without the sweetness. This beer is a lovely hazy golden color (with the haze coming from the wheat and yeast), and it’s a perfect complement to a bright and sunny day, but it works just as well to bring a little sunshine when it’s dreary out. We are very excited for you all to try this beer! ☀️
