Our 15th birthday is coming up on July 3rd, and we are celebrating with FOUR brand new beers, including this one – Sunsets on the Farm – Calamansi Mango Wheat Ale – 5.6% ABV
Inspired by the unforgettable sunsets we’re lucky enough to witness at Hobbs Farm, this beer is our love letter to long summer evenings in the beer garden. Clear golden in color and bursting with aromas of fresh, juicy mango, this incredibly smooth and refreshing wheat ale layers ripe tropical fruit flavors with bright pops of tart calamansi citrus. The result is a vibrant, thirst-quenching beer that finishes crisp and refreshing.
As someone who tends to not love wheat beers, I was absolutely blown away by how crisp and refreshing and vibrantly fruity (but not sweet) this beer is. It actually could be my favorite of the bunch, which could be saying something because I do love an IPA!
At any rate, we are absolutely thrilled with this beer, and we can’t wait for you to enjoy it!

p.s. if you are wondering what Calamansi is, it is a citrus fruit native to the Philippines and widespread across Southeast Asia, and it is a natural hybrid of a kumquat and a mandarin orange. Pictured below is my co-founder Annette’s Calamansi tree with this brand new beer!
