As a Part-Time Brand Ambassador at Throwback Brewery, you’ll represent our brand and engage with beer enthusiasts at various events such as beer festivals, tastings, and farmers’ markets. Your role will be to educate consumers about our beers and to promote our brand in an engaging, approachable, and positive manner. You’ll work directly with Throwback Brewery co-founders to ensure our presence at events is impactful and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Throwback Brewery at beer festivals, tastings, farmers’ markets, and other promotional events.
- Serve as a knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable face of the brand, engaging with customers to share information about our beers and values.
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of event booths, ensuring all materials are organized and ready to go.
- Promote Throwback Brewery products and drive sales by interacting with customers and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Collect feedback from consumers to help improve the brewery’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for craft beer and an interest in learning about the brewing processes.
- Ability to engage with diverse groups of people and to create positive brand interactions.
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and setting up event materials – which can include kegs / cases of beer.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from events.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate events on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous brand ambassador or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
