Maple Madness, baby!
Get ready for a sweet celebration like no other! 🍁🎉
Throwback Brewery’s 10th Annual Maple Madness is back, and we’re turning up the flavor and fun to mark a decade of syrupy goodness! Join us on Sunday, March 23rd for the ultimate maple-inspired bash featuring a whole day of delicious maple brews, mouthwatering maple-infused food specials, and live music. Whether you’re a maple connoisseur or just in it for a sweet time, we’ve got something for everyone.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Special Maple Brews – Our brew team is crafting four BRAND NEW, very small batch maple beers:
- “French Toast” – think super light drinking, toast-colored ale with a kiss of cinnamon and maple
- “Shroomin’ in the Dark” 🍄 – a big imperial stout enhanced with candy cap mushrooms – which bring a super fun, earthy maple-ness
- “Sweet Wit-ness” – we can’t wait for you to witness the sweet perfection of this cask ale, featuring our Wit primed with barrel-aged maple syrup
- “Sugar Maple Helles” – we infused maple wood in maple syrup, and then let those sweet sticks marinate in a light and crisp helles base!
- Maple Syrup for Sample & Sale – Throwback friend Chris Olsen from Syrup by the Sea will have maple syrup for sample and for sale.
- Live Music: The charismatic Jon Plaza will be here in our Jericho’s Landing room 11am to 2pm, guitar in hand, for some sweet entertainment.
- Farm Tours: Barn Manager Rowan will be giving Farm tours at 12pm AND 2pm. Bring your kids for a Meet & Greet with our cute & spunky farm animals: the Nigerian Dwarf goats Blanche, Rose, and Dorothy, as well as our donkeys Rocky and Jane, and our heirloom chickens.
- Maple Foods: Chef and team will feature maple syrup across the menu for the day!
So grab your friends, bring your appetite, and let’s raise a glass to 10 years of maple madness! 🍻🍁
Fun Maple Fact: Did you know that each year, New Hampshire’s maple industry produces approximately 90,000 gallons of maple syrup?
About Syrup by the Sea: Syrup by the Sea has been making NH Pure Maple Syrup since 2012 on their property in Portsmouth, NH. They currently operate with almost 600 taps in the Portsmouth and Rye NH area. Their single goal is to make the best pure maple syrup they can and provide you with a wonderful taste of nature’s perfect sugar.
