It’s been a while, but we are bringing cribbage back! Our third cribbage tournament of 2023 will be held on Wednesday, April 5th at 6pm sharp. Depending on the number of teams that sign up, we will either do a double elimination or a round robin style tournament. Everyone is typically guaranteed at least 2 games, with many folks often hanging out after they are eliminated to play each other.

Teams of two are welcome to sign up for a chance at victory. If you don’t have a partner, we will do our best to find you one! On game day, we’ll play until we have a winning team who will not only win glory and renown here at Throwback, but, we will also buy you a round of Throwback beers. (Or, a soda if you are under 21!)

A few other notes:

  • BOYB (bring your own board and cards) if possible.
  • We set up the tournaments in the red hall as you make your ways towards the Brew House (where we make our beer).
  • People of all levels will be playing. If you end up playing some novices, it would be much appreciated if you could help them with the rules a bit. When you end up playing an expert, game on!
  • There is no cost to play. We just ask that you tell us you are playing by 4pm the day of the tournament.
