Every year, we like to play with and push the culinary possibilities of pairing hand-crafted chocolate and thoughtfully selected cheeses from local New England artisans with our farm-fresh beers. Last year, covid put a damper on those plans, but this year Chocolate, Cheese, & Beer 2022 is ON!

This will be the 8th offering of this event, and we continue to be inspired by all the magical ways we can pair this delicious trio! If you are like us, and love cheese, chocolate, and beer, be sure to reserve your spot today. We will be offering limited seating this year so we can provide a mindful seating plan that encourages social distancing. (And as a ‘heads up’, this event has sold out for the past 7 years in a row!)

The event this year will be held on Wednesday, February 23rd at 6pm here at Throwback Brewery. (And now on Thursday, February 24th at 6pm, too!)

Here is our working menu so far – we think it is three courses of deliciousness! While we are still sorting out our favorite beer pairings for this menu, we can tell you that our latest Miso the Magnificent will make the cut – a Russian Imperial Stout with Caramelized Miso weighing in at 11.1% ABV.
