We are thrilled to offer an Oyster Pop-Up Series this summer, every other Monday from June through August!
July 6th from 4-7pm, Virgin Oyster Co. will be here. We can’t wait!
They will be out in our Free Range area shucking fresh oysters for you straight from Great Bay here in NH. Come just for the oysters, grab some bites, or throw back one of our farm-fresh beers selected to pair perfectly with the brininess of the oysters.

Brian and Sarah Gennaco, founders of Virgin Oyster Company, along with their daughter Isabella and Labrador Cousteau, live just a couple of miles up the road from Little Bay. They have found a balance in preserving the health of the bay while cultivating these delicious shellfish, which has been a dream of Brian’s for many years. They are dedicated to producing a sustainable, locally grown product for local markets and each person who will be enjoying their oysters.
