The first wellness-oriented topic for our ‘Wellness January’ series will be held on January 16th at 6:30pm, and it will be led by Josh Gould (super knowledgeable owner and lead trainer of Seacoast Strength & Conditioning) who will be leading a discussion on the “The Do’s and Don’ts of Exercising for Fat Loss”. During this informal talk there will be plenty of time to ask Josh questions!
