Buenos Grassias

Buenos Grassias is a light, reddish-colored ale made with real fruit – raspberries, blueberries from Brea’s Farm (Stratham), blackberries from Nottingham, and black raspberries & lemongrass from our very own Hobbs Farm! It’s semi-dry and refreshing, with a balanced, tangy fruitiness.

Buenos Grassias makes one appearance a year – usually later Summer after we’ve had the opportunity to get our hands on fresh New Hampshire berries. We recognize that we are biased, but we think this beer is worth the wait!

As an aside, if you are someone that thinks you don’t like fruit beers, we encourage you to give this beer a try. Most people don’t like fruit beers because the beers don’t include real fruit, and the beer therefore ends up being too sweet. Buenos Grassias isn’t a sweet beer- it is more on the dry side – with a nice tang from the lemongrass and real berries.
