This dark lager – aged in a Four Roses Bourbon Barrel – is a creamy, medium-bodied sipper with funky brett & roasty dark fruit aromas and flavors of chocolate, oak, roast, & mild brett funk. It finishes dry with some alcohol warmth and a big dark cherry / plum wine tang. The body is surprisingly full for what started as a lager!
