Catch A Sour By It's Tail
Lion’s Tail Party Pants is a tart and bright 5.5% ABV lactose sour made with lime & allspice, and aged on bourbon oak spirals. The beer is a play on the cocktail of the same name. If you haven’t heard of it, think tropical and tiki-style, which is how this beer drinks, with its flavors and aromas of candied allspice, and a bright, tart lime finish. Underneath the generous flavors of citrus are very subtle notes of oak from the bourbon-soaked oak spirals used in the brew.

Appearance: hazy straw yellow in color with a delicate white head
Aroma: lime citrus with a sweet & spicy allspice note mixed with notes of floralness
Flavor: huge tart flavors of bright lime blended with the perfect measure of warming allspice
Mouthfeel: very soft and smooth mouthfeel, with a medium level of carbonation and a nice lingering finish.
