Since December is most definitely a festive month, we decided to embrace the season with our first beer dinner at Hobbs Farm. The menu is composed of some of our absolute favorite things to eat and drink – Maine crab, steak tartare, braised pork, fudgy chocolate brownie goodness, nitro beer, Fat Alberta, and more!

The Warm Up
Steak tartare, poached quail egg, greens, pickled red onions, house-fried potato chips with truffle salt.
Paired with Oma’s tribute on Nitro

The Main Course
Pork shank braised with stone fruit and cider. House-made pappardelle, herb pesto, Meyer lemon.
Paired with Hopstruck Red IPA

A Peanut Chocolate Finish
Fudgy chocolate brownie with a thick peanut butter frosting dotted with the cocoa nibs used to make Fat Alberta.
Paired with Fat Alberta Chocolate Peanut Butter Imperial Stout
