Light, tangy, crushable - perfect warmer weather beer!
We are very excited to announce the latest beer in our Party Pants fruited sour series. It’s called Passionfruit Party Pants (4.8% ABV), and it’s a crisp, effervescent gose made with passionfruit, sea salt, and coriander. The result is a very pretty, glowing gold-colored ale with flavors and aromas of sweet tarts and bright notes of passionfruit from the first sip to the last. As a gose, this is one super approachable (i.e., not Cheek Squeezing 🙂 ) sour ale, with a clean, tart tang that will loving linger on your tongue, making your crave another sip! We think this light-bodied ale pairs really well with fresh salads, cheese boards, grilled cheese, and desserts like lemon tarts and custards.
Passionfruit Party Pants was previewed at our Chocolate, Cheese, and Beer dinners on April 10th and April 11th, and we loved the positive feedback! Passionfruit Party Pants will be released to the public on Wednesday, April 24th, and it will be available in both cans and on draft.
