Pineapple Party Pants is a light-bodied, tart, refreshing Pina Colada-inspired sour ale made with pineapple, fresh lime, and toasted coconut. The beer tastes like juicy sunshine – with a pineapple tartness that will dance on your tongue, underscored by a slight coconut, bready biscuit backbone.

– Appearance: Beautiful, clear golden color with a restrained white head.
– Aroma: Subtle lime citrus with a mild mellow wafting of tropical stonefruit
– Taste & Mouthfeel: The initial flavor is lime-forward underscored by a citrusy pineapple, white wine tartness, followed by a smooth, light coconut flavor with a slight bready biscuit backbone. The body is light, as one would expect with this style.
