You Cheat, Dr. Jones is a bright, light bodied, citrus-forward summer IPA. Brewed with Meridian and Strata hops plus T-90 Citra and YCH Dynaboost Citra (a cutting edge hop product), this modern West Coast meets East Coast / San Diego IPA features huge aromas of citrus (orange and tangerine), gummy peach rings, and hints of a Willie Nelson’s tour bus. Flavors include Cara Cara orange and sweet ruby red grapefruit up front with tropical fruits like mango, papaya and pineapple, and some classic white grapefruit and pine at the finish. We are absolutely digging this bright, golden-colored IPA, and we can’t wait for you to try it!
Oh, and if you are wondering about the name (playfully borrowed from Indiana Jones), its a nod to our midwestern-raised brewer Adam Jones who designed and brewed this beer using the brand new dynaboost hop product that makes us feel a bit like we are cheating! 😉
