British Pub Day

We’re bringing the pubs from across the pond to NH for one day! Join us on Friday, November 10th for Throwback’s British Pub Day, featuring a special cask, two beers on nitro, the release of THREE brand new beers, and some proper Anglophile nosh – think Scotch Egg, Bangers & Mash, and of course – Fish & Chips)!

New bevvys include:

• Pig in A Poke Pub Ale – our brand new 6.1% ABV English-Style Pub Ale is the first beer we have ever designed to be poured exclusively via nitro (think small bubbles, thick and creamy head, and super smooth body)! This very easy drinking ale features note of orange and slightly wood hops with hints of young pear and mellow peach, ending with a lingering bitterness and nice minerality. We also made a special cask of this beer that’s been dry hopped with East Kent Golding hops. We are quite chuffed with the way this beer came out, and we can’t wait for you to try it! available via draft (nitro)

• Attitude Adjustment – American Barleywine ABV 9.6% ABV – with aromas of toffee and hopped caramel, and flavors of caramel, resiny pine, and graham cracker with some hints of pumpkin, this dangerously smooth and big beer displays lot of bready malt character without drinking sweet. It finishes dry and hoppy with only mild hints of being a 9.6% ABV beer. Beware though, a few sips of this bad boy could make you a bit cheeky! Or, it just might be the attitude adjustment that you need! available on draft

• Oatmeal Porter – 6.1% ABV – this light bodied porter boasts a fluffy white head and flavors and aromas of roasty chocolate and coffee. It drinks nice and smooth with just a hint of bitterness and a smoky dry finish. available on draft and in cans

In addition to the Pig in a Poke Pub Ale on nitro, we will also be pouring our Stout #3 American Stout via nitro as well.
