Holiday Beer Release

Every holiday season, we get the itch to brew something magical — beers that taste like comfort, sparkle, and celebration all in one sip. This year’s lineup might just be our most exciting yet! From bright and spiced to dark and decadent, these festive brews are made to raise your spirits and fill your fridge.

Here’s what we’ll be unwrapping this year on Saturday, November 15th (12-9pm):

Cardinal’s Crest – Cranberry Spiced Lager – 6% ABV

Holiday refreshment in a glass! This pinkish-orange beauty gleams like your favorite Christmas ornament and tastes like cheerful, festive fun. Brewed with rye for a silky body and gentle spice, then layered with cranberry tartness, orange peel, and warming mulling spices (ginger, coriander, allspice, clove, and cardamom). It’s crisp, slightly tart, and dangerously drinkable.

Remnant Rustic Lager – Kellerbier with Local Hops & Malt – 6% ABV

Our uniquely Yankee twist on a historic German style. This copper-hued lager showcases 100% locally grown and malted New England grains — including Danko Rye (Valley Malt) plus Golden Triticale and Crystal Rye (Blue Ox Malting Co.) — giving it layers of earthy spice, soft sweetness, and hints of molasses and maple. Balanced by floral, citrusy hops (including fresh whole-cone Cascade from the Tuck Museum & Hampton Historical Society!), this one’s a love letter to local farms and flavor.

All Spruced Up – Pale Ale with Spruce Tips – 5.7% ABV

Breathe in the holidays! Brewed with fresh spruce tips that lend bright citrus and pine notes, this crisp pale ale is pure nostalgia in a glass — reminding us fondly of walking through the woods with our family to cut down a Christmas tree 🌲. Light, lively, and super refreshing.

Plum Royale – Barleywine with Plums & Cherries – 9.6% ABV

Designed as a love note to the Sugar Plum Fairy, this bold, boozy barleywine satisfies with rich notes of figs, plums, and cherries — all wrapped in a velvety malt sweetness. Every sip feels like a fireside toast to the season.

Midnight Jam – Imperial Stout with Blueberries – 10.8% ABV

Dark, silky, and oh-so-seductive. Brewed with specialty malts to layer caramel, chocolate, and coffee flavors, then elevated with a kick of blueberry jamminess. Smooth and decadent, yet perfectly balanced — a luxurious dessert beer made for long winter nights.
