If you are on the lookout for gifts for your friends and loved ones, you’ve come to the right place! We think this year we have something for just about everyone on your list – the foodie, the fresh flower lover, the fan of local produce, the rare beer aficionado, and, (sometimes the hardest to buy for) the one who has everything, but would treasure a memorable experience as a gift. Read on for our favorite gift ideas!

1- For Lovers of Fresh, Locally Grown Produce and/or Flowers
We are now offering shares to our 2020 Hobbs Farm CSA!  If the thought of supporting a small, local business while also giving (or receiving!) 18 weeks of fresh flowers, produce, and even beer seems like a killer idea, then check out our 2020 CSA. CSA’s are Community Supported Agriculture, with shareholders becoming “members” of our farm and receiving a portion of our harvest each week, via shares. All food for the CSA is grown right here at Hobbs Farm, home to Throwback Brewery. Our farm adheres to the principles of organic farming – we do not use any synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides, and we endeavor to use growing practices that are sustainable.

This year we are offering two CSAs – a Whole Farm Share (with an option to add beer) AND a Flower Share. With both options you will be supporting local agriculture! Learn about pricing, pickup / delivery dates, and more, right here!

2- For Those Who Seemingly Have Everything / When You Want To Gift An Experience
Perhaps you have a friend or loved one that seems to have everything? Or, maybe you rather give the gift of experience – something that can be looked back on fondly for years to come? If so, consider grabbing tickets to our Rare Breed Dinner, happening on January 15, 2020.

This should be a very unique and intimate dinner revolving around some extraordinary beer that we’ve been aging for over a year! We will be releasing the full six-course menu soon, but, in the meantime, you can check out the full beer lineup here. If the thought of this dinner and carefully curated, rare beers from our cellar seems like a great gift for someone (including yourself), we are taking reservations now via email, phone, or here at the brewery. Seats are $55/person plus tax & gratuity. Upon making a reservation, we’ll grab your credit card, which won’t be charged until the end of the evening on 1/15/20.
